Jonathan's Journey : March 2016

About Us

J is an 11-year-old boy recently diagnosed with Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma in February 2015. When not tolerating chemotherapy like a champ (or having an off day) he loves building with Legos, reading books, and playing video games. He also will manage to spend time playing with his siblings and friends.

Mom is a stay-at-home mother happily keeping busy raising 6 beautiful children ranging in age from 14 years old to 5 months old. While that takes most of her free time, she also loves to read, spend time with friends, and take part in church activities, most recently spending time with the young women's youth group.

Dad is a radiologist. One of his stress-relieving hobbies is BBQ, even in the middle of winter. He is currently teaching three of the six children to play the piano, having passed the oldest child on to a real piano teacher. He wishes he had more time with family and more opportunities to sit down and read a good book.

J has one older sister. Three younger sisters, and one younger brother.
